Our Conference packages have been put together to offer businesses a straightforward solution for their next event. Perfect for general meetings, conferences, product launches and much more, our conference packages include everything you need to make sure your message is heard.
Our XL Conference Package is perfect for larger corporate events. It features a PA system suitable for up to 200 people, including 4 speakers that can be placed around your room to ensure the sound is spread evenly without being too loud for your guests sat in the front row. The system includes an aux lead for connecting a music source, or the audio output for a video, as well as your choice of 3 handheld, headset or clip-on wireless microphones.
The XL Conference Package can be collected from our unit in Redruth, where a full demonstration of how to set it up and operate it can be given by a member of our team. The package will fit in larger cars and vans.
Alternatively we can deliver and set the package up for you anywhere in Cornwall or the South West for an additional fee. We can even supply a sound engineer to operate the equipment for you to ensure the best results.
