How Do I Know Which Wedding Package Is Right For Me?
Every wedding is different, and choosing the right setup isn’t always as straightforward as it first appears. To help make things a little easier, we’ve put together some of the most common wedding setups we see, along with the packages we would typically recommend for each one.

Evening Entertainment
For many weddings, the evening entertainment is the only equipment required.
Running your own music?
If you’re planning to run your own music from a phone, tablet or laptop, our DIY party packages provide everything you need.
Each package includes a sound system, lighting and simple connections for your chosen device.
Up to 50 guests
For smaller gatherings of up to around 50 guests, our Essential Package is often all that’s required.
Larger weddings
Larger weddings may be better suited to our Classic or XL Packages, depending on guest numbers and venue size.
Our XL Package also includes a DJ booth, making it a popular choice for larger weddings and marquee receptions.
Multiple rooms or outdoor spaces?
Many venues have multiple rooms, outdoor spaces or separate bar areas. We can add extra speakers to spread the sound evenly, so every guest enjoys the atmosphere without one area getting excessively loud.
Having a live band?
Many wedding bands provide their own sound system, however if additional equipment is required we’re happy to put together a bespoke package to suit your venue and performers.

Ceremonies
Ceremony requirements vary depending on the venue and number of guests.
Fewer than 50 guests
For smaller ceremonies many couples choose to keep things simple and rely on natural acoustics.
Larger guest lists, outdoor or bigger spaces
As guest numbers increase, or when the ceremony is taking place outdoors or in a larger space, amplification can help ensure that readings, music and vows can be heard by everyone.
Our Ceremony Package includes a discreet speaker system along with three wireless microphones for the celebrant and couple.

Speeches
One of the most common questions we receive is whether a separate speech system is required.
Speeches in the same room as your entertainment?
A simple wireless microphone upgrade is often all that’s needed.
Speeches in a different room, marquee or outdoor area?
A dedicated Speech Package may be the better option. This allows guests to clearly hear speeches without having to move equipment between locations during the day.

Delivery, Setup & Support
However hands-on you want to be, we’ve got you covered – from DIY collection to full engineer support.
Collect it yourself
Pick up from our unit in Redruth, where we’ll show you how everything works and answer your questions.
Delivery & setup
We’ll agree a time in advance – just have someone from the wedding party or venue on hand to show us where things go. We’ll demo the equipment before we leave, and we’re a phone call away during your event if you need us.
Full support
For complete peace of mind, we can provide an engineer to run the equipment throughout your event, so you can focus on enjoying the day.
Weekend hire
Available on many packages – delivery the day before, collection on Sunday or Monday, giving you plenty of time to set up and test.
